I am pleased to present to you the testimony of my cousin, Jackie Hontiveros Lozano, whose dengue was cured by the common “tawa-tawa” local weed. I hope this helps you somehow and let me know if it works for you too! :)

Cure for Dengue: TAWA-TAWA

To everyone out there, we all know that Dengue is popular these days. I had dengue back in Nov 2009 and based on my experience, I drank TAWA-TAWA tea and I got well instantly, without being confined in the hospital because my platelets didn’t drop to the bottom.
I insist (not just ‘suggest’) that you give TAWA-TAWA tea to the patient. It is a weed you could find anywhere, maybe in your own garden (esp now it likes the rain). We have it randomly growing in our garden in QC. So far I’ve seen them in most front yards in any village, found them in small bush patches in Makati streets, Parks in Makati, Fort BGC, Cebu, and a huge kind in Boracay.
I’ve heard many stories of tawa-tawa saving lives especially young children who’s platelets drop dramatically, and it definitely worked for me.
Why not just give it a try? Even if doctors don’t have much comment about it, it’s a safe and tasteless tea drink that could just save your life. It’s even free. Here’s a link for photos and recipes:

Sometimes it has a maroon color spreading from the center of the leaves, but most of the time its leaves are green. The puffy flowers also vary, either maroon or white. And just to make sure, after searching many empty lots and countless weeds because it does have some look-alikes, I have concluded TAWA-TAWA is the only one whose leaves aren’t symmetrical. One side is bigger and lopsided. (This is completely my own conclusion, but it does help) Our helper suggested you boil the roots with it as well (so I did).
I actually like the taste very much. Also, you don’t need to believe me, but I did end up laughing a lot for no reason after drinking all that Tawa-tawa. Maybe because I was so happy I got well easily without spending for hospital bills. I just spent on daily blood tests for monitoring my platelets, and Biogesic was my only medicine. My ate got dengue a month before me but we didn’t know about tawa-tawa yet so it cost her a lot for her confinement.
Anyway you can call me if you need some, I’ll gladly send you a bottle and some samples. I’ve been on the lookout for tawa-tawa weeds since last year, thus keeping track on where I spot them. Try to find some the next time you go out. Stay safe and Dengue free everyone!
Love,
Jackie Lozano
