My jump rope is broken again
-___-;;; It’s still usable, but the edges are already worn and it’ll come apart soon. Why don’t local sports stores carry high quality jump rope? :C Anyway, I was able to do my Peak 8 today! I swear by regular exercise. I really feel better, and even my skin feels a little healthier. You can see what my workout looks like on my Peak 8 exercise videoblog :P (July...

Anonymous asked: Not yours. I also bring my baon everyday because I am so sensitive to MSG infested food. It really makes me sick the whole day once ingested. Plus, I don't eat white rice and rarely eat rice if red or black. I prefer organic food which is not always available in an ordinary office canteen/cafe. BUT, I also eat dark chocolates! Hi hi

You can see what that looks like on my Peak 8 exercise videoblog :P (July 9 2011) Pushed myself to make better use of the recovery periods— feeling pretty exhausted, and just a little but nauseous after my workout!

You can see what that looks like on my Peak 8 exercise videoblog :P (July 9 2011) My new jump rope is serving me so much better than that old one. It’s even better at making that nice whoosh sound!

The most exhausting thing in life is being...
“One learns first of all in beach living the art of shedding; how little one can get along with, not how much. Physical shedding to begin with, which then mysteriously spreads into other fields. Clothes, first. Of course, one needs less in the sun. But one needs less anyway, one finds suddenly. One does not need a closet-full, only a small suitcase-full…One finds one is shedding not only clothes –...

Anonymous asked: I have just read the article about whole grains after seeing your previous post. I thought having a fiber-rich diet with whole grains such as brown rice and whole wheat bread was actually healthy. :( What other sources of carbohydrates do you recommend?

Anonymous asked: I came across your grain post. I want to ask, how about people who lived a long and healthy life by eating lots of carbs that fall under that category? The brother of my great grandfather is in his 90s and he still walks the streets of Manila, has a sharp mind yet still regularly consumes grains and cow's milk, same for my grandparents.

I also know a handful of people who had...

Lady days cramps :(
That’s my body telling me I’ve been eating too much junk food recently ;____;

Anonymous asked: I don't totally agree with that. The key to a healthy life is moderation for everything ---proper exercise, right diet, enough sleep, no bad vices like smoking or too much drinking of alcohol, knowing how to de-stress, etc. Cancer thrives even to the most disciplined people. Whole wheat bread is okay.

Did not finish Peak 8 exercise :(
I only got to the 6th peak when my P.O.S. jump rope broke down on me! Grrrrrr. You know it’s easier to get mad when you’re exercising? Maybe because your heart rate and temperature are already high, and you’re all worked up, so it doesn’t take too much effort. Anyway, if you have no idea what these peaks are— Learn more about the Peak 8 exercise program: 20 minutes,...
